What is the ALEX AND ANI Charm Crew Rewards Program? 
The ALEX AND ANI Charm Crew Rewards Program is our FREE loyalty and rewards program that lets you earn points, get exclusive access to sales, product drops and much more! The more you shop, the more you earn!  

How do I sign up for the ALEX AND ANI Charm Crew? 
Signing up is easy! Simply create an account by  clicking here. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an ALEX AND ANI account - you’ve already been enrolled in Charm Crew Rewards so you can get started by signing in to your alexandani.com and start earning points towards your next purchase! 

If I am subscribed to receive ALEX AND ANI marketing emails, does that mean I am automatically enrolled in the Charm Crew Loyalty? 
No, you must also have an ALEX AND ANI account. You can sign up here.  

How do I earn points? 
Earning points is easy! After you create an account, there are several ways to earn points by purchasing and by completing simple engagements like following us on social media.  

What are the Charm Crew redemption tiers/How do points convert to rewards? 
Redeeming points at checkout is simple! Here are the point reward thresholds:  
200 points = $10  
400 points = $25  
600 points = $40 
800 points = $60 
You must be signed in to redeem rewards at checkout. 

If I already follow social media accounts, do I automatically get points added to my account? 
Once you are officially part of the Charm Crew Rewards Program, visit the Rewards Home screen where you can hover over each social media earning campaign in the “Ways to Earn Points” section. You will be prompted to click on each social media icon and asked to log in to your social accounts to link your social following with your new ALEX AND ANI Charm Crew Rewards account, which will ensure that you receive the necessary points in your rewards account. 

Which products earn me points?  
All ALEX AND ANI products are eligible to earn rewards except gift cards and e-gift cards. 

How do I redeem my Charm Crew points in checkout?  
Currently, Charm Crew Rewards points are redeemable for online purchases only at alexandani.com. To redeem your rewards in checkout, use the dropdown widget on the checkout page to choose the amount you would like to apply - just remember to make sure you're signed in! 

Can I use my points during sales? 
Your points can be used at any time but, cannot be used on sitewide sales or combined with select coupon codes.   

How do I get my birthday reward?  
Add your birthday in the “Ways to Earn Points” section on the Charm Crew Program dashboard. Fifty (50) bonus points will be added to your account on your birthday.  There is a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day birthdate is provided if your birthday is within the next 30 days. If your birthday is more than 30 days away, the birthday bonus will be provided on your birthday.  Only 1 birthday bonus will be provided per calendar year. 

What is 'early sale access'?  
As a Charm Crew Rewards member, you will receive access to shop select sales before everyone else! You will be notified of all exclusive shopping opportunities via email so you can get first dibs on all the best sale styles. 

Do my Charm Crew points expire? 
Charm Crew Rewards points will expire if you fail to use them or make a purchase every 12 months. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s Charm Crew Rewards membership if we believe you are violating our Terms & Conditions.  

Do I earn points if I refer a friend to shop ALEX AND ANI? 
Participating in our Referral Program does not grant you Charm Crew Rewards points. However, when you refer a friend, you will each receive a $10 coupon. Your friend will receive $10 OFF* their first purchase of $65+, after which you will receive $10 OFF* your next purchase of $65+.  

What happens to my information when I sign up? 
Your submission of personal information through the Charm Crew Rewards program is governed by our Privacy Policy.
