Use the ALEX + ANI polishing cloth to effectively clean your jewelry – great to use on Trend metals, Stainless Steel, and Precious metals. If your jewelry requires further cleaning, use mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and pat dry. Use the soft toothbrush to clean crystals if necessary. Make sure your jewelry is completely dry before storing.

Beautiful bracelet, no engraving
This bracelet is beautiful. I ordered an engraved one the first time, no engraving. I contacted customer service and they sent me out another one. It came and NO engraving. I'm not going to contact customer service again!
Not impressed
This bracelet came smooshed. Not in a circle more like a rectangle. Disappointed for sure.

Nice bracelet but I did not feel it lived up to my expectations of an Alex and Ani item. It looked rather cheap and if I had not seen the tag I might have thought it was a lesser companies bracelet
Engraved bracelet
Engraving is on the back and is so small you can just about see it. Gold does not have a shine to it.

Don’t have it engraved
I received this engraved bracelet this past week. The engraving was not centered and can hardly be seen. They did a terrible job. Not sure I will order anything further. It’s a shame as I was looking forward to giving it to my wife for Christmas.
