Ordering and shipment confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive two emails from alexandani.com. The first email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email via UPS.com once your order is on its way.

When will my order arrive?

Orders processing time is between 2-10 business days given the handmade nature of the product. Alex and Ani ships all packages via UPS ground delivery out of Rhode Island.

Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive (depending on where in the country you are located).

At this time, alexandani.com cannot ship internationally and does not offer expedited delivery services.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address but typically range from $5-$10.

Orders over $100 ship for free!

What is your website return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged within 60 days of the date of purchase for an alexandani.com merchandise credit. The item must be unworn with the UPC label attached and/or the original sales receipt.

Once the jewelry is received, we will issue you a merchandise credit for the amount of your order less the cost of shipping. The credit can only be redeemed on alexandani.com. It is the responsibility of the gift recipient to pay for shipping back to Alex and Ani.
