Belcourt of Newport Featured in The New York Times

People have been following the inspiring story of Alex and Ani and how the company has perhaps, singlehandedly, helped revitalize the Rhode Island economy, but even moreso, people are following the incredible adventures of founder/creative director Carolyn Rafaelian and her latest investments, which include the much-talked-about Sakonnet Vineyards (now Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyard) and Belcourt Castle (now Belcourt of Newport).

We hope that you’ll take some time to read this in-depth article by Penelope Green of The New York Times entitled “Ghosts Be Gone,” which not only documents the loving restoration of Belcourt of Newport, but also the beautiful love story between Carolyn Rafaelian and partner/contractor Joe Triangelo.
