2014 Boston Marathon: Show Your Support With Thunderclap

As we observe the one year anniversary of the Boston Marathon tragedy, we’re reminded of the strength, resilience, and outpour of support seen by people nationwide. When we look at the incredible progress survivors have made, the unwavering support of the community, and the fact that this year’s marathon has the most registered runners in years, it is an true testament of the strength of Boston.

We have been working with Rue La La to find a way to show our support that sends a powerful message and found it in Thunderclap, a crowd speaking platform that allows you to send out a virtual “cheer.” On the morning of Marathon Monday, all of the cheers will automatically be sent from the social media accounts from everyone who participates at the exact same time.

The great part about Thunderclap is that you can customize your short message that will post on Marathon Monday. This is the perfect way to cheer on someone you know who is running or send love to someone who was affected by last year’s events. We hope you’re inspired to join us and send your (+) messages!
